Loosen the screws located on the edges of the door near the top and bottom rails.
Tilt and slide doors falling. Slide the rails out to make the door longer then tighten the screws. Lengthen the door if it is slightly too small for the frame. Give the screw a clockwise turn and test to see whether the door slides easier. Turning this screw raises or lowers the roller.
Do this with a helper. If the door becomes even harder to open turn the screw in the opposite direction. Then sharply angle the bottom of the door outward and lift the door from the track.

To realign your door in the tracks at the top and bottom of the frame remove the door from the track and reinsert it. Most sliding doors manage to get knocked off kilter at one point or another.
