Uneven Roof Ridge
The shingles on your roof serve a dual purpose.
Uneven roof ridge. Sometimes you can adjust gutters and vents for a more uniform appearance. They give the roof a finished look while forming a protective seal. Lumpy bumpy or curling shingles that do not. The secret to drawing an uneven ridge line or multiple levels on the same roof is to make sure the eave height and roof pitch are correct in the property screen.
Worn or deteriorated roof covering materials occasionally loosen from their fasteners and lift away from the roof which creates an uneven appearance. Roof shingles are not lying flat. At other times the gutters may need to stay where they are so gravity can do its work. Exposure to wind rain and sun further deteriorates the roof coverings often resulting in shingles or roof panels that appear to be peeling off of the structure.
It is all dependant whether you want an even ridge line in which case then they would have to be stripped off and the ridge line levelled out. A full or partial gable can be found at the end of the ridge in the roof allowing for a greater amount of internal roof space. Crooked gutters can make a roof look crooked even if the roofline itself is straight. Sometimes an uneven roof is simply a sign of minor errors or aberrations in construction.
